Block of the Month Quilt

Last Christmas my Mother-in-Law, Judy, bought me the finishing kit and first month's block for a block of the month quilting "class."  Each month you are supposed to finish the block and then the following month you take in your  finished block to the store and they will give you a new one to work on.  Mine didn't go as planned as I let life get in the way.  It has now been pieced and is headed off to the long-arm quilter!  Hooray!
Here are all the blocks for the Rose Garden Quilt
January: Lilibet

February: Ballerina

March: Burbank

April: Celestial

May: Dainty Bess

June: Maiden's Blush

July: Radiance

August: Hermosa

September: September Morn

October: Eternal Youth

November: Ophelia

December: Belle Amour

24 Log Cabin Blocks:

Pieced together on the wall to look like this:

Sewn together with the boarders to look like this:
The backing will be the dark green you see on the top.

I'm so happy to have finished and am felling accomplished.    It photographs well because you can't see all the flaws.  It has some issues and would be laughed out of the quilt shows, but it's my first real pieced together quilt!
